Our client, an established corporate services consultancy, is seeking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer with immediate effect.

 

Candidates must have the following attributes:

• Experience and knowledge of Corporate law and Tax law
• Familiarity with regulatory bodies and working procedures 
• Document management proficiency with excellent attention to detail
• Fluency in English 
• Deadline driven and highly reliable
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills

 

Applicants must possess a current licence to practice law in Malta and have at least 3 years+ experience in Corporate law and Tax law
