Our client, a growing professional audit and advisory firm, is seeking a Receptionist/Office Administrator with excellent organisational skills to oversee all Front of House requirements, assist with general administration and to support management and department teams.


Candidate requirements:

  • Experience working within an Administrative or Front Desk based role
  • Organised with a friendly and positive character
  • Flexible, dynamic and a team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English, and ideally Maltese
  • IT proficient, especially with MS Office software


Applicants should possess a minimum A-level education, and ideally at least 1 year of experience within a Front Desk or Administrative post.
This position is being offered on a Full Time basis, with working hours from 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
