Our client, a leading and expanding Professional Services Provider, is seeking to recruit an experienced Secretary to assist with all administrative responsibilities and to provide Secretarial support. 


Candidate Requirements:

  • Holding at least 2 years experience in a Secretarial, PA or Administrative role
  • Highly organised and meticulous with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • A professional, positive and outgoing character
  • High level of responsibility and a reliable nature
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Fluency in English and Maltese
  • Highly competent with MS Office software


Interested applicants should ideally possess at least 2 years secretarial or administrative work experience. Secretarial qualifications, or experience within the Finance, Banking or Legal sector, would be considered an asset.
