A well established corporate services consultancy focused on international clientele is seeking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer, ideally with experience in Shipping or Aviation, to join their Legal team with immediate effect.

 

Candidate Requirements:

• Licence to practice law in Malta 
• Experience and knowledge of Corporate and Commercial law
• Familiarity with regulatory bodies and working procedures 
• Document management proficiency with excellent attention to detail
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and client facing skills
• Deadline driven, pro active and ambitious

Applicants must hold an LL.D from the University of Malta, a warrant to practice, and possess experience in Maltese Corporate and Commercial Law.
Hands on practice in areas of Aviation or Shipping will be considered highly advantageous.
