Our client, a large and well established group of companies involved in shipping & distribution, are looking for an Accounts Officer to join their Finance team and assist with all their accounting functions.

 

Candidate requirements:

• Experience working within an Accounts role, including posting bank transactions and reconciliations, client invoicing, finance reports, etc.
• Highly organised, meticulous and able to work with minimum supervision 
• Reliable and mature in character
• Fluent in English, and ideally Maltese
• Good level of competence with MS Excel

 

Applicants should possess a minimum A-level education (or equivalent), and at least 1 years experience within an Accounts role. Knowledge of Shireburn and Microsoft Navision software would be considered an asset, however training will be provided where necessary.
