A leading Maltese legal firm is seeking to employ an administration clerk with a good understanding of accounts to assist their finance team on a full time basis.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • General administrative and secretarial support 
  • Upkeep and maintenance of office systems and filing (both paper and electronic)
  • Updating of information and data entry within spreadsheets 
  • Issuing of invoices and chasing debtors 
  • Processing registration applications
  • Person requirements: 

 

Be educated to at least A level standard  

  • Highly organised and and meticulous in their work
  • Capable of working well independently and meeting deadlines
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English 
  • Good level of proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel software
  • Interested applicants should possess an interest and basic understanding of accounts.
