A well respected audit and advisory firm is looking to employ a Tax Assistant on a Full Time basis to handle client tax computations and returns, and further develop their tax department team. 

 

Candidate requirements:

• Studying for the ACCA qualification
• At least 2 years previous experience in either a Tax, Accounting or Auditing role
• Well versed in the preparation and submission of Tax computations and returns, Reconciliations, preparation of VAT returns, and assisting in tax refund claims
• Possess excellent communication skills and command (both verbal and written) of English 
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

 

Applicants should currently be studying the ACCA qualification and ideally have completed the Foundation subjects. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Tax, Accounting or Audit related position is required, and additional certification in taxation would be considered an asset.
