A leading and internationally renowned professional software company is seeking an HR Executive. This challenging and exciting position, reporting directly to the CEO, will oversee the Human Resource strategy, recruitment, performance management and the ongoing development of HR policies and procedures within the company.

 

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in an executive or senior level Human Resources position
• Extensive knowledge of HR policies & procedures, H&S, and recruitment 
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and able to work on own initiative
• Excellent people skills and a strong character
• Fluent / Advanced command of English
• Highly competent with MS office

 

Applicants should possess at least 2 years HR experience, ideally at senior level, and extensive working knowledge of Human Resources practices, along with an HR related Diploma or Degree qualification. HR experience within a technical or software related company would be considered an asset.

The position being offered is on a Full Time basis, but with some flexibility of remote working, and slightly reduced hours may be considered.
